HISTORY

Karim Group is in Brasilia since 1956. Before the country's capital of inauguration, We have believed in the potential and growth of Brasília. In 1957, has Novacap (Company Urbanizadora New Capital of Brazil) has launched the title “Obligations Brasilia” intended to raise funds for the construction of Brasilia. The pioneers and providers who were working in the construction of Brasilia joined in mass collaborating with the extraordinary work of President Juscelino Kubitschek, acquiring these securities. As soon as we try Novacap to give our contribution and acquire the title number 3486 in 5 December 1957.
After years of work and experience in fuel transport markets and in the film industry, Karim Group concentrated its forces in the Construction sector and the Real Estate Market.
